    Climb 1000 feet in 1.5 miles, then ran -6% at 6mph top the 2.0 mile mark, then walked .5 listening to tunes and warming down. One more workout (wednesday) before my Laurel Valley attempt.

    not bad for doing 5/1s most of the way. A few intervals of ~1.0 at 8:30 and a couple .25s at 7:30 pace to keep the clock in check and test the respiratory system. Everyday gets a little bit better.

    Brutal. Meat Grinder section + Hightower section + the gnarly razor sawtooth section between Hightower and Cooper Gap (twice, ugh) --- but stoked. Big improvement.
