good Loop 3 mi 00:35 11:39 pace
Much better run today. Quad is feeling better, but not 100% so I listened to my hard-shelled body & didn't push it past 3 miles. Not worth the risk!

good Country Roads 17.82 mi 01:40 10.7mph pace
Stayed on the bike the entire 17.82 miles. This is a first for me, I usually take at least 1 break. Head wind the entire ride which made me work harder. And I killed every hill! WAHOO!!!
-
Awesome!! Dunno how it works out having a headwind the entire time, but sometimes it does!

The only thing I can figure is living out here in the country there's not a lot of trees (unless you're riding by a more mature area of "forest") to help block/slow down the wind. Does that make any sense?

I aim at squatting down until my thighs parallel to the floor. But I'm not a perfect sqautter by any means. However, I am finding this to be great training to improve ones form. One good form has been established, you can opt to advance squatting by hitting the gym and use a bar (usually 45lbs) & then at some point when you're ready, very gradually add weight to the bar.
