  1. RUN
alright office park 3.5 mi 00:48 13:37 pace

Recovering from a nasty cold and this is the first run in a week. Felt okay for most of it, but my knees are very cranky (the right one especially). They are not happy about running on concrete all... read more

  2. RUN
great neighborhood run 5 mi 01:10 13:54 pace

First long run of half marathon training. It was an awesome run. Haven't had one that good in a long time.

  3. RUN
good office park 3 mi 00:40 13:20 pace

Trying to get back into the groove. Slow as molasses again, but oh well. Slow and Steady.

  4. RUN
good office park 3 mi 00:40 13:20 pace

First run of half marathon training. Wheeeee!

  5. RUN
    alright 2.75 mi 00:45 16:21 pace

Very sore from Wednesday. Taking it easy.

  6. RUN
good Slow going 2.75 mi 00:45 16:21 pace

Better than expected since I haven't exercised in 9 months.

  7. RUN
    good neighborhood 3 mi 00:48 16:00 pace

My first run in a few months. Sticking with running or exercising in general while pregnant is tough! This was more walking than running, but something is better than nothing.

  8. RUN
    good neighborhood 3.04 mi 00:43 14:08 pace

Finally a run where I didn't hate every minute of it. First one in a couple weeks and it felt good to get moving again.

  9. VELO
    good home 10.6 mi 01:00 10.6mph pace

It was too cold for me to get out for a run, so instead of sitting on my butt doing nothing I rode the recumbent at home.

  10. RUN
alright office park 2.75 mi 00:36 13:05 pace

Another tough run. I can't seem to find my breathe. I haven't had this problem in forever. My legs are ready to go, but my lungs are not along for the ride.

  11. RUN
    blah neighborhood 3.77 mi 00:53 14:03 pace

This was pretty awful. I couldn't catch my breath the whole time and my stride felt off. Had to do a lot of walking. I got out there though and that is better than doing nothing.

  12. RUN
    good neighborhood 3.07 mi 00:40 12:55 pace

My hamstrings were pretty tight the whole time and I couldn't seem to find my rhythm. Having a hard time finding my running mojo post marathon.

  13. RUN
good OBX Marathon 26.2 mi 06:11 14:09 pace

Felt great Miles 1-12. Pain started at Mile 13. The real pain kicked in at Mile 15. After 18 it was a mental battle to keep on going. Finishing will forever be one of my greatest accomplishments.

  14. RUN
good office park run 3.24 mi 00:41 12:43 pace

First run in over a week to shake out the legs before the marathon.
