      isn't that the truth?!?!?! luckily, i have some breaks mid-afternoon & it doesn't seem to be too packed but if i have to go after class (4ish...) i just hope to find a nice lane mate!

      no - its not a class just in the "class pool" - the hardest part of swimming at the rpac is actually finding a lane (or a nice lane mate) !

    100-200-300-400-500-600-500-400-300-200-100 - on the way up, every 4th 25 was tarzan drill, on the way down every 4th 25 was fast.

    day 2 of 60 & i already feel like i'm insane for taking on this challenge...but still a great workout & before most people are even out of bed.:)
