got in a good arms and abs workout with my boyfriend after my productive morning :) we did: 3 x 10 supersets of bicep curl/shoulder press combo (15#) and bent over row/tricep extension combo (10#), with about 1 min rest in between each supersit, followed by alternating 3 x 5 reps of pull ups. then we go our ab ripper x on!
