quick cross training workout today...my legs were sore from intervals + leg WOD yesterday so i hopped on the spin bike for an easy spin. kept the resistance pretty light (5/10) and did 3 min warm up, 5 x (3 min standing, 2 min seated), 2 min cool down...followed by 2 supersets of chest and triceps:
2x: chest press (40#)/skull crushers (20#)
2x: chest fly's (40#)/assisted tricep dips (60# assisted)
