Speed intervals on the training sched for today...didn't feel great going in to this run due to the on/off rain and high humidity all day today (I get headaches from pressure change), but during this run I felt super nauseous and maybe dehydrated? Did what I could and it was all mental for me tonight...workout was 1 mile warm up @ 9:40, 1k @7:18, 2k @ 7:40, 1k @ 7:18, 1k @ 7:18 (400 RI), .5 mile cool down @ 9:4 (should have been mile cooldown but I was ready I be done). After my run I wanted to do some leg work on tired legs but didn't want to hit heavy weights, mostly since I dont want to be sore for many days, so I did a Plyo/metcon WOD:

3 rounds for time: 8:35
10 box jumps (12 inch)
10 speed skaters to each side
10 single leg dead lifts with 8kg KB

Followed by 20 side step with squat with a band around my thighs to target glute med

Strtch and foam roll (trying to do this everyday!!)
