it's been to long, yoga! today is a cross training day, but i was pretty sore when i got up this morning, so instead of spinning/rowing/ellipticaling, i forced myself to a yoga class. this class was perfect because it was only an hour (any more than that and i start to get bored) and the instructor was great. the class was challenging at times but overall slower than most power classes and lots of deep stretches for the back and hips, which i REALLY appreciated. MUST.GO.ONCE.A.WEEK!
