good warm up/cool down 3.9 mi 00:38 09:48 pace

tried to keep it easy during the warm up and gauge how my legs were feeling before the race...verdict: not ready to race. i was super sore today (legs AND arms) after 2 difficult crossfit workouts and i made the executive decision during the warm up to not bust my ass during the race. cool down was super easy effort on my normal uphill route back home after the race, 1.4 home to make it an even 7 for the day ;)
