i was bored and had free time tonight (and had already done errands AND taken a nap!), so i went to the gym :) i did 30 minutes of intervals on the stairmill (1 min fast, 2 min moderate) for some extra cardio...then went upstairs and practiced some of the moves we learned last night in crossfit (still don't feel comfortable!). after going through those i did a WOD i found online from a blogger, she recommended 5 rounds with 1 min rest between, but i was pretty tired already so i did 2 rounds with 1 min rest between, the first time it took me about 4:30, and the 2nd time 4:10...definitely a great workout for just 10 min! i finished up with a bunch of stretching for my legs and some yoga poses (my legs are pretty sore after last night's class, especially my left glute)

30 squats (i did 15 front squats, 15 overhead squats with #12.5 bar)
