last day of foundations class and definitely the hardest...we learned most of the olympic lifts today and they are definitely more complex! we broke a lot of them down in to their parts, but overall we learned: overhead squat, snatches, clean and jerk, push jerk and i think something else but i cant remember. lots of reps today to get used to the movements, and i definitely need a lot more practice for these moves. but now i'm done with the intro classes so i can start going to the real classes on monday!
