good circuit + core + stretch 00:10:00

followed up my run with some more crossfit moves practice. i did 2x through: 10 burpees+10 thrusters (with 20# bar)+20 reverse pushups (in about 4:30..i'm SO slow at burpees!) and then 30 sec x 4 forearm plank with 10 sec rest between, followed by some quick stretching
