had some time this morning for an outdoor bike ride (ran last night and have crossfit tonight), and i was actually planning to go for 3-4 loops of prospect park but by the time i got there, i was just not feeling it, AT ALL. it is still super stressful for me to bike over to the park (even though its less than a mile) because i am not comfortable on my bike yet and add nyc traffic to that and yeah...i did 1 loop around the park and tried to push it a bit on the flat and uphill portions and then biked home. i think i may need to take a class or read up a bit on biking because i am still not comfortable with gears or riding in the streets :/
