tuesday night speedwork :) tonight's workout: .5 mi warm up, 6 x 800 @ 7:13 (400 RI), .5 mi cooldown. i wound up easing in to the 7:13 pace and did 3 progressive 800s to start then 3 at 7:13. my workout: .5 mi warm up @ 9:40, 6 x 800 @ 7:30, 7:24, 7:18, 7:13, 7:13, 7:13 (.2 mi RI), .5 mi cooldown @ 9:40. felt pretty good during this workout and happy to be on the treadmill to escape the 95 degree heat!
