good gorgeous saturday morning run! 8.25 mi 01:15 09:04 pace

set out this morning for my last 8 miler before Brooklyn Half next weekend! i ran 4 miles to the manhattan side of the brooklyn bridge (did not realize i was running this fast for the first 4 miles, it actually felt pretty relaxed :)) and met up with Theodora B. for the next 4 or so...we cut over east through the south street seaport to the east river path and then ran north along the water, which was really pretty and peaceful today :) although i wont be training for a marathon this summer, today's run made me excited to long early morning, beautiful weather weekend runs with friends!
