2nd to last speed workout for BK half! tonight's workout: 1 mile warm up, 5 x 1K @ 7:44 (400 RI), 1 mile cool down. hopped on the treadmill with the new runner's world and got to it :) my actual workout looked like this: 1 mile warm up @ 9:40, 1K @ 7:47, 7:47, 7:41, 7:41 and .5 mi @ 7:30 (all with .25 RI), 1 mile cool down @ 9:40...the .12 extra on the last interval was going to bother my type-A side, so i just decided to drop the speed on the last one and do .5 instead of .625...i felt good during this workout! ended with a couple minutes of stretching and my arms/core are pretty sore from yesterday so i gave 'em a day off ;)
