    I remember now why I stopped running...knee pain with a capital OUCH. Walking is just fine. Not sure how I'm supposed to do another triathlon in July.

      I'm only doing Door County. I think my triathlon days are numbered. I am really addicted to yoga and it's done wonders for my body. I've never loved running and now with this knee pain, I think I'll only be running to train for the triathlon. I've decided that I don't want to end up having knee surgery just to run...I love the Door County triathlon though, it's so beautiful up there!
