Slow old jog around the lake with the other half this morning - well he kept me company 'til just after the first mile and then went off at his own pace (argh, so annoyingly fast). Just breaking myself back in after a long fallow period letting my ankle sort itself out and it went as expected: slow, some stiffness and trouble getting into a good breathing pattern. Still, no ankle issues so hopefully I'm back in this fitness game...
