Awesome day for running, so Olly and I headed out to the Lake. While he was up for a full 3 miler, I went for a shorter route and met him at the end. Worked out pretty well and it was nice to have a change of scene, not to mention that reversing the route out meant I got to run downhill for the majority of the second mile.


Nice! I am glad the weather is taking a turn toward fall. I've been just enjoying being outside -- and not having to get up at the crack of dawn to avoid the heat. I bet your lake runs are just lovely.
