A small run today to test my ankle. Just ran a loop on my street: up to the main road, back down to the end of the street, then back home. After a couple of mins the ankle was holding up really well, felt flexible - no stiffnesss or pain, so I picked up the pace a bit. It's a good road to run on, smooth surface (no joke around here, believe me) and only very gentle inclines, so I'm thinking I might try a different route once a week and finishing up with this loop.
