MS: Start out hard and keep hammering as much as you can for atleast 3 hours.

Cooldown: 20minutes as you roll back to home.

Nutrition: Eat before and during the ride. Follow the ride with a recovery shake, but avoid big meal post ride.

    Slowly getting there Hits. Last week - avg speeds were 25-28kph for this distance on same terrain. This week - 30kph.

    Just corrected the time. Garmin sync always takes the total elapsed time, not the riding time.
