    Awesome. Whats MT mean? SST is sweet spot I presume?

    SST = sweet spot training
    MT = muscle tension - 53x11/12, 70-80rpm. HR is low but it works out the legs.
    This was actually part of TT training - 4x15mins.
    Still awaiting my powermeter.
