    Mainly a 5 miler on the track, but sets of back straightaway sprints....4 each in miles 2, 3, and 4 and 2 in mile 5. Still struggling to get a good pace.

    Heavier weight this time made the muscles work a little harder. One minute cardio bursts in between sets.

    This was a butt kicker. Did a speed/incline program that was pretty quick with incline. Made it through but did have to hang on quite a bit on the steeper sections.

    Tough little walk on the treadmill. Never got too fast, but up to 12% incline. Good low intensity workout.

    This was harder than I thought. I was looking for a good steep incline walk and got that along with some incline running as high as 7 mph. But really enjoyed was a challenge.

    Seemed quicker that it really was. Muggy overcast afternoon after the rains. Temp at 63 with 94% RH and very slight breeze from the Southwest. Lots of good hills on this route and worked up a go... read more

    Low numbers today. By the end just two of us left. Good class. Lot of focus on the legs with lunges and good upper body work.

    1 mile cool down after the spin bike workout. Felt really good and no trouble keeping a comfortable pace.

    Did a set of 2 min intervals....7 in all. Odd ones were sprints, even ones were hills with high resistance. Nice to get on the bike again.

    Sunny and warm with a slight breeze from the South (70 degrees and 46% RH). For some reason just didnt feel good on this lunch time run. Really struggled through some of the easy parts.

    Did the intervals at 8.0 mph with easy recovery. Actually felt good on these.
