    Longest run since I started back, by about 1.5 miles. Poured last half mile ....just the way I like it, and I had my Machela with me, doesn't get better than that!

    3rd run this week with my Machela, loved it, very windy. I kind of pushed it from 3/4 out (probably a little too far out. Felt okay, but very tired in the legs afterward.

    Took 2 weeks off as my right calf hamstring tie-in was not cooperating. Ran 3 easy with Machela (missed u) ran very slow but anything faster than 9:50 was not comfortable :(

    relatively easy run, tried to do surges again...no can do...so I just did a little progressive run after the 1st 2. Good thing I had my Machela there :)
