      ikaw talaga, porke nasa notes na, nag-iiba kana statement..
      sinabihan ko na sya kahapon na mag-grocery sya ng fruits at make sure sa sa bibilhin nya is 80% healthy foods.. ang sagot nya sa akin "Di ako makakapag-grocery sa weekend, kaya next week na lang"... ikaw talaga.. araw-araw namang dumadaan ng MOA.. tsk tsk..

      try mo mag morning run jep, then mag try ka ng iba ibang pwede mong kainin before the run para alam mo kung ano yung pwede sayo. Ako nature valley lang din ako before the race pero ok naman...pero before nag try na din ako ng iba't ibang pwede kong makain before ng morning run para pag dating sa race alam mo na kakainin mo.

    Ran over an old route (Legazpi Park). Had experienced some pain on my rear left side. Probably due to the curving nature of the path. Anyway, will resume running on Saturday.

      magcore training ka. di kelangan ang dumbells sa running. di mo kelangan ang biceps sa pagtakbo. core training is the answer.
