Long story-short, I use to be a bad heel striker. I mean . . . BAD. You can see somewhat from my video on my profile. After Cross Country, I damaged my MCL and couldn't run for over a month. I manged to get through a decent track season, without any serious harm. After track my knees started to hurt again, so I went back to all the videos my dad took of me, and compared them to some Olympian runners. Then I began my journey through a new form.
