great Short canal run 3.8 km
A short run along the canal by my home. Had the desired effect of getting my heart rate up and forcing some fresh air through my lungs.

good Royal canal 5 km
Ran home along the canal after delivering my car for repair.
I managed to avoid the scumbags who terrorize Broombridge, and it's nice that the canal brings me right to my door. -
