9:30 am is not the most ideal time to run under a heat advisory. Everything felt good, but it was very hot and my energy was draining fast...will do a better job at hydrating and will need to adjust running time. Okay run overall. Stay cool and hydrated everyone!

    We may have to either become REALLY early morning runners or invest in headlamps so we can go out late. :) This heat is not good!
