Trying to get in habit of doing little bit every morning. It's been 5 days - so far so good!
25 each of:
Chair squats
Wall push-ups
Calf raises
Ankles rolls each direction
Crunches
Neck rolls
Added few mins stretching & PT an & neck exercises
