I don't even want to count this work out. I tried the stationary bike for 12 minutes but I felt so tired I went to the treadmill 38 min 218 cal. No idea how long I walked Nike+ said .10 miles treadmill stated I walked 2 miles. :-( so so disappointed.


Don't be disappointed. The most important thing is that you worked out.
