Today's run was certainly better than Tuesday's, and I managed to crank out 14. I also kept my average pace right about where my medium-long runs should be without taxing myself too much. Now I leave for Tennessee to visit a dear friend I have known since high school, so I might not post for a few days. Have a great rest of your week, everyone!
