Nice recovery run. I wore my Injinji toe socks that I bought to wear with my Fivefingers. They at least kind of protected my toes from rubbing further. The kids got a big kick out of teasing me about them! These runs are a great part of the training program. Although I'm not working nearly as hard as on some other days, I'm still getting some aerobic benefit while allowing my legs to rest a little. Have a great weekend, everyone!
