good Marathon Training: Week 4 of 18 5.04 mi 00:45 08:55 pace

Today's run seemed so easy and pleasant. The humidity was still awful, but the run seemed so short compared to the previous two rus. Now I am energized and having a productive day. I hope you all are too!

Great job Gail. It takes a lot of discipline to control your pace. The recovery runs and rest days are very important to marathon training. It is not about speed, it is about endurance and a lot of other things that the body is being perfected.

NICE, You are smart to have the common sense training to take an easy 5 mile run after a 14 mile run the day before. I am glad you are doing what you are doing.
