Whew, another nice run with Sang Y. this morning, this time in his neck of the woods! I felt a little more tired than usual, especially on the last couple of miles. No sub-8s today, although I know Sang could have easily done them if I'd been up to it! However, in looking at my logs, I realized that I have run 42 miles in 4 days. That's a lot for me, so I'm cutting myself a little slack :-)
