    First workout after missing two.

  2. RUN
alright Indoor track at HealthRidge 1.5 mi 00:20 13:20 pace

First night of the second week for the couch to 5k running plan meant a new set of intervals. Felt the extra distance on the speed runs a lot and expect to be sore tomorrow.

  3. RUN
alright Outdoor run at the park 1.5 mi 00:20 13:20 pace

First venture outdoors and it was good. Achilles is doing much better and did not give me any problems which was a relief.

  4. FIT
alright Kettlebell workout at gym 00:25

Second go around on the new kettlebell workout. Much smoother this time. Need to consider changing weight for each of the different exercises.

  5. RUN
alright Indoor track 1.5 mi 00:20 13:20 pace

Solid run. Feeling extreme tightness in the legs from Monday workout but worked through it.

  6. Kettlebell workout. Fun way to get to get a strength training.

  7. RUN
    Run/walk interval training we... 1.5 mi 00:20 13:20 pace

Starting the couch to 5k workout. Really like the approach as well as having a plan to follow. Great start.

  8. RUN
    good Treadmill 2 mi 00:30 15:00 pace

It was good to get on the board for the week. Trying to focus on a 4 mph pace for the next few weeks and work my way up from there.

  9. RUN
    good treadmill run/walk 2 mi 30:00

    Went good. And sweaty.

  10. RUN
alright Lunch Run/Bicep workout 1 mi

Felt great but the dog crapped out and wanted to huddle in the shade. Was ready to push it today too. At least I can outperform my dog.

  11. RUN
    blah Morning walk w/dog 2 mi 00:30 15:00 pace

Lots of soreness and a really late night equaled a blah morning but it was good to get out and beat back laziness.
