      Thanks ya'll! April: I love it! I like loading maps of actual places vs following a pre-measured workout. It's cool having real-life incline/decline variations as I run. It's also helpful to "see" the race course ahead of time.

    5k loop around the neighborhood. i actually ran the last half nonstop. this is one of the 2 workouts that week that really started my (improved) running in earnest.

      Ah, this run should have been backdated...this was 2 weeks ago. I ran with the coach, it was rainy so there were only 3 of us and the other 2 members ran ahead. Running with her gave me my best nonstop run...pretty much ever, well until today :)
