I did not train last week due to travel and not feeling well. This morning's run my right knee was a bit wonky, so I eased up.

I am trying to keep improving. How about joining us at the Greensboro Day School track on Tuesday evenings, 6:15 pm, for interval training? It is real informal but I think it has some good benefits.
