      I am trying to keep improving. How about joining us at the Greensboro Day School track on Tuesday evenings, 6:15 pm, for interval training? It is real informal but I think it has some good benefits.

    I made the switch to early morning runs. It was 67 degrees, started in the predawn and finished as the sun was coming up.
