      Seriously, if it wasn't for the heat the last couple times I ran I am certain I'd be getting past my 5 mile wall (fyi: I've never ran more than 5 miles, but I've gotten to 5 miles multiple times in my life). So ready for my next run, might do it at night so its cooler and I am shooting for at least 7.

      I always tell people.. when you get over 4 miles it is all the same. It is just time and hydration. You'll totally hit 7 no pro-bla-mo. I should've ran in the morning, but that requires me getting out of bed lol
