      You're right, it is a lifetime thing; I would think that since you've already been doing so much that you probably might not notice physical changes as quickly as you did when you started, but like you said, you'll see it in strength.

      You are doing fantastic! And, I agree w/ Diane! Don't feel guilty about not running----this is a good fit for you---no injuries and you are seeing great results! I have the same thoughts sometimes, but I'm just focusing on this plan to get the most out of it I can!
