I actually felt pretty decent today...I worked on adjusting to a more natural gait that will be a bit easier on my hip.

    Chris, I'm trying to do the same thing hoping it will help my heel problems. It's hard to get used to but it has made me faster so far. Hopefully I'll be seeing you on some runs soon!!
