    Still felt sore from doing the same last week. It felt better afterwards but some things I could only do 2-3 reps

    Increased the guess on distance even though I can't measure it, was in the track most of the time and speed was in 35km/h+ range for most of it

    Found this app with a set of exercises where you don't need to leave the house, will try and work this in. Arms are sore!

    Nice to get out, Mostly sitting in pacelines. Some accelerated a ton until I pulled off.
    felt a lot steadier than last week. Forgot my bottle in the car (it is really dry in there!)
