    Thanks for the concern guys. I appreciate it. I think I'll be fine - I'm probably just pushing it to hard.

    Brandon - yes. I had a great 3 miler during lunch, maybe I shouldn't have. :-( After the first sprint, I had severe quad pain in both legs. I couldn't finish the second sprint, sat out 3 & 4, and then did 2 more and was spent. I couldn't even roll my legs out that night, extreme massage be damned. Now I'm taking it easy, medicating, and doing my best to Relax.
