      I run into the same thing and end up logging 2 or three together sometimes.

      On the dailymile app (not electric miles), when you tap "workout," at the top middle, it will say what day it is. Tap that. It's a drop down menu that allows you to change the date of the workout.

    Occasional right ankle soreness. Seems to be tendon/muscle related. Constantly stretching calf, is helping.
