  6. RUN
    alright 8 mi 01:14 09:18 pace

My watch reset just as I hit the screen to save the workout, effectively deleting all data. I got the time, but nothing else.

Felt good, although cadence was down throughout.

Temps are just now cooling off. Humid still. Last week was upper 60s low 70s in the am. 90% humidity.
Just today there seems to be a break in the weather. 54 and low humidity. Perfect for running.

      You?

Best day so far has been either 71 & 91% with zero wind or the day with 75 & 100% with 10mph -- not good. All the other days have been worse. The Gulf of Mexico seems to have a huge effect here.

No encouragement/accountability without a post! Before the run: open Dailymile app, add workout, GPS, running, start. It forces you to post.

That's an elite-level cadence. You and UBQ are similar in cadence.

I don't run with my phone. I have to transcribe my workout from the watch every workout.
