      Volunteer roster's looking good for Westerfolds this weekend so I might pop over to Frog Hollow instead. It's not as distance-close, but I think the freeway makes it a shorter trip by car!

      Frog hollow is a nice course. Not too much loop the loop factor either. It's kind of out and back with a loop of the lake thrown in.

      It is fun Pen, it's an absolute ripper of a 10k loop on trail, got everything, hills to climb, hills to descend, flats, single track. It's one of those 10k that's worth 15k in effort.
