      Suggestion...cross train. Elliptical, MB, or swim to maintain your cardio.

      I agree whole heartedly with Mike.... The beauty of running is it takes so little time and effort to prepare for but when you have an injury that just won't let you engage in that sport than the only alternative, if you want to maintain your fitness level and allow your body to heal, is to cross train. IF YOU CAN'T BE WITH THE SPORT YOU LOVE THAN LOVE THE SPORT YOU'RE WITH!!

    Left foot felt sore (planter) sort of hurt a few runs ago but now the pain came back. I never gave up, got some good hills in.
