    left knee singing the blues since last weekend's run so taking it really easy. enjoyed the dancing aunties while running in the morning. then straight to pole!

    needed an energy boost so hopped on the treadmill for an hour while everyone lunches.fast pace for me but was too lazy to change anything so grin and bear it
