The "ish" rule comes into play today because of the why did the I accidentally hit the stop button on the dreadmill... Other words it was another glamours 4 miles on a dreadmill..

Went six miles with the double stroller. Both kids fell a sleep during the first 3 miles. Stop by a park for a bit and head back home. For around trip of 6miles. Overall we all had good time.
