    The muscle on the outside of my shin and knee joint got stiff had to slow down. Other than that good to get out.

    Ran with Roy from his house to baker Rd. and back. It was my first out side run this year and was good to get out.

    It was a good long run. (Long for me. ) I moved my incline up to 2% form 1% last run. I really did not care to stop at 6mi were I paned to go and I just kept going it was weird.
