    Slow Jog with Simta from my home to BNP, then another jog till 2.5k mark and back while looping in Gandhi Tekdi. Enjoyed slow Jog, it was fun. Happy New Year to all. Cheers :)

      Nice going, Kshitij...I remember your side stitch pain from your initial running days, maybe you need to get it checked.

      Even i had a side stitch today - we need to slow down and keep massaging the rib cage area - nice run though - cheers

      Thanks Manish, Srivatsan ; the reason I get it all the time is because of big hanging belly bouncing all the time and so my breathing pattern misses the rhythm, this further cause air trap and the pain start. i feel I just need to be more regular with running and my body will start accepting it again :). Cheers!!
