A new run around my new place ... still sussing out the landscape, so this was a bit more exploratory. Winding up an Aurelio Zen mystery that I forgot I had that got me through moving.

great Western Bypass 6.84 km 00:38 08:53 pace
Beautiful early morning run - slept in, but still on the road by 7. In the book, Benjamin meets with the Pretender.

RUN
great Squitchey-Wolvercote-Meadow loop 10.23 km 00:58 09:06 pace
Beautiful morning - need to get up earlier to beat the traffic, though. On to part two of the Weaver book - I'll be sad to see this one through, as I'll have to move on to another series.

RUN

Nice run with Tuukka - a lot of stop and go, so no idea of pace. But not bad, I'll warrant.

alright Wolvercote-Isis-Canal Long Loop 11.57 km 01:13 10:05 pace
Phwoo. Haven't done that one in a while - warm today and I was swimming by the end. Felt good to go around the common again though. I'm loving the narrator on this Spectacle of Corruption... read more

RUN
blah Western Bypass 6.84 km 00:42 09:46 pace
Not to complain, but I felt like I was running in slow motion today. Good story on the go, though, so I'm happy enough to take it easy.

good Western Bypass 6.84 km 00:38 08:57 pace
Now listening to the prequel - a good morning, but didn't get away quite as early as I was hoping. Good sleep, though, so I guess it was worth it.

RUN
alright Western Bypass 6.84 km 00:39 09:07 pace
Blustery blustery day. Finished the book - it seems I was half right, but the author pulled one over on me. A little more subtle of an ending than I was expecting - but a great book for all that.

RUN
good Western Bypass 6.84 km 00:37 08:48 pace
A bit late this morning, and it was already warm. I'm going to enjoy the cooler weather in the autumn. I have a theory about what is happening behind the scenes in my novel, and wonder how it ... read more

RUN
tired Western Bypass 6.84 km
No ideas about the time since my ipod crapped out at the last minute again, but I'm sure it can't have been good. Too much fun last night - but at least the run has cleared my head.

A bit winded after that, but a good one today. I was right about the book - our hero is getting proactive in a most satisfactory fashion.

RUN
good Western Bypass 6.84 km 00:37 08:45 pace
A nice Sunday morning run - quite fresh, weatherwise, so perfect for running. If I didn't have so much work, I might have done the long loop today. I finished the first half of the audiobook, ... read more

RUN
good Western Bypass 6.84 km 00:38 08:53 pace
Too distracted to focus on speed, it seems, so I added a little distance. Once things calm down in real life, I'll try and devote a little more mental energy to this. As it is, I'll just ... read more

Sad to see you go, but sometimes a man's got to do what a man's got to do. I'll check out Runkeeper (why the switch?) but am going to keep recording my shenanigans here. xoxo

There are a few reasons - I can keep a weight record there, and have a few local friends also on it, better integration with other social networks, etc. But to be honest, I really like seeing the elevation changes on my run. You look like you are really getting back into it (if you ever stopped) - keep it up!
